About our event

Extreme Festival is a cross over between your standard Music 
Festival and Extreme activities. We aim to bring the two together to 
provide a new type of entertainment that can reach a variety of people across the country. Music, tents with food and beverages to the worlds biggest inflatable assault course never seen in the UK before.

Extreme was founded during research by our Directors which found that there is no other current company providing the same services or type of entertainment we are aiming to provide. Considering this huge gap in the market we considered this to be an opportunity worth to pursue.

The concept originated from talks to host an adult activity event based
around “The Beast”. The so called beast is a 252m course considered the biggest inflatable assault course in the world. Yet to be known neither experienced in the UK we jumped to the opportunity and contacted our suppliers.

We are showcasing the beast at our first event as we a really keen to 
present this activity based event to the UK. Accompanied by music, food and drink we thought this would be the perfect environment to host the biggest garden part of the year, suitable to any age range.

As an organisation not only do we aim to provide and exceed the best of service we also want to provide our customers with a unique experience. 

We recognise the need and current demand within the 
Health & Fitness world from where we seek inspiration when hosting our events. Combining both categories into too one, Fun and Extreme. 

 

We have currently reached other 160k views on our promotional video in less than 2 weeks with no PR and currently numbers are going up. We have received a wide range of interested from the media including BBC (ONE SHOW) who will be live broadcasting

We have a number of areas which sponsors can get a large amount of viewing. Our entrance will have over 4,000 customers walking through the gates over the weekend and inside the festival is multiple areas where customers will gather. 

We are showcasing the beast at our first event as we a really keen to present this activity based event to the UK. Accompanied by music, food and drink we thought this would be the perfect environment to host the biggest garden part of the year, suitable to any age range. 

Within less than two weeks and no PR we have reached over 160k views on our promotional video and still growing, we have been published in various newspapers and online, as well as gaining the interest of major media corporations such as BBC (ONE SHOW) who will be live broadcasting and reporting our Festival. We are still releasing more content and different promotional videos which we expect to exceed these numbers so this would be the ideal time to get sponsorship on board so we can advertise these too. We are working alongside some major social networks and influencers such as the Wall of Comedy and possibly in the future UNI LAD who share our content.

Within 2 weeks we have already received offers to expand the business we will be pursuing one of the offers. We will be hosting a Festival in Miami end of this year, to be announced. Also according to the companies future plans and development we will be arranging a Festival tour in America next year.

I have attached a Sponsor Pack, this is only Short Term for the Festival taking place on the 29th and 30th of April. Once the Festival is over we will be talking to the relevant brands to possibly arrange a long term deal for our Festival in Miami and our Tour.

The three organisers/ Directors, Sam, George and Josh, of Extreme Festival have had experience with managing events for over  3 years and are looking to capitalise on their unique idea.

Sam and George have run theatrical and music events that have lasted from 3 days - 44 days over the last couple of years. These events have all been open air and have large numbers attending all year round. Their passion for the arts has driven them to pursue many opportunities around the country and are looking forward to starting this new-era type of festival. 

Josh is equally as passionate as Sam and George and has created numerous events around Europe. His events have been based around celebrity appearances and popular music gigs. His businesses have traded in some of London's top bars and has moved over to serval countries over the last couple of years. Josh's passion and skill has been at the forefront for his success and looks to lead him onto more unique opportunities. Along with this his PR company is trading with one of the worlds largest stores in the World for it's christmas launch. His knowledge in events and PR is a highly valued assets that is key to success to any festival.

With the combination of the three, and the experience they bring, this will give this festival the full potential it deserves. With the experience with dealing with large events, the PR knowledge and the unique concept it is hard to see the festival not being sold out!
