Every Movement Counts Challenge,

United States United States

  • About the event

Welcome to the Every Movement Counts Challenge on Kilter, where you'll turn your daily movement into health and fitness activities for good to help support outreach programs for homeless women, homeless infants/children, and senior citizens living in poverty. Signing up for this event will help provide care packages of basic needs items, such as pads, tampons, wipes, diapers, pull-ups, and diaper rash cream for homeless women, mothers, and infants/children– as well as basic needs items to the elderly of personal hygiene products, large-print word search books to help keep their minds sharp, diabetic socks, and year-round case management support services – all of which will have a lasting impact and provide dignity, hope, and better health for all those that we serve through our programs. Invite friends, family, coworkers, and colleagues to join you in making every daily movement count and keep each other motivated to be healthy and active.
