    Australia Government Departments Live Consultation Forum (Engage Australia festival) will be hold on:

    Sunday 8th December, 2019 Eastwood. 10am-4pm

    Over 10 government departments will be in presence including ATO, Department of Human Services, NSW Fair Trading and etc.

    I am Jacky, from Sound of Hope Australia which is a nationwide independent and not-for-profit Chinese-language radio broadcaster. We focusing on lifestyle programming that help Chinese integrate, engage and foster a solid foundation in Australia. 

    Sound of Hope Australia broadcasts in both Mandarin and Cantonese, targeting the second and the fourth largest non-English population in Australia. We are the ONLY Chinese-language radio that provide both traditional (local FM stations) and digital platforms including mobile apps, website (ozvoice.org) and social media platforms to reach out to diverse Chinese community. 

    We have a very popular program named “Engage in Australia” which is to deliver notifications and educational information vital to the local Chinese community to understand how government departments and public services operate in Australia. We have been partnered with government departments including ATO, the Department of Human Services, NSW Police Force, NSW Fair Trading, NSW Fire & Rescue and some local councils.

    With the program expanding, we have received positive feedback and even stronger demand from our listeners. We started to do seminars in local areas providing an opportunity for our listeners to solve their questions.
