About the event
Empty Bowl is a fundraiser benefiting Family Promise of San Gabriel Valley. FPSGV is a nonprofit organization that helps homeless children by helping their families to stay intact, regain employment and stable housing in the San Gabriel Valley area. We expect around 400 attendees at this year's Empty Bowls.
At the event, attendees choose a beautiful soup bowl handcrafted by local artisans and enjoy delicious soup donated by local restaurants.

Empty Bowls is an opprotunity to raise your organization's visivility among the 20 partner congregations and their 8,000 members affiliated with Family Promise of San Gabriel Valley. This is a diverse, multicultural group of commmunty members who attend services, live, shop, and dine in the western San Gabriel Valley area.

We partner with faith congregations, civic organizations, and individuals to offer homeless children and their families temporary housing and other assistance, enabling them to get back on their feet.
