Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi, India Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi, India

  • About the event

We will be organizing 6 flagship events at our ‘On-Campus’ round for E-Summit as listed below:

    1. B-Plan event: A platform offered to budding and enthusiastic entrepreneurs to present their innovation to potential investors and expert judges. Their out-of-the-box thinking and ideas will be rewarded suitably. Cash prizes worth INR 25K will be at stake. A minimum of 60 teams are expected to partake.

    2. Case Study (Sherlock Diaries): A competition designed to detect the scrutinizing and complex problem-solving aptitude of the young entrepreneurs. The best and most effective solutions will be the winners. Again, cash prizes worth INR 25,000 are at stake.

    3. Best Managers: Ron Conway once wrote, ‘Any time is a good time to start a company.’ Following this, we aim to provide a ‘start-up like’ experience to our participants. Various recognized, upcoming start-ups will be allotted to contestants who would have to handle their marketing campaigns. The best marketers will be the victors!

    4. Speaker Session: It is said that a good speaker can make a difference to many lives. Renowned and prominent speakers will be invited to our campus to spread their knowledge to all enthusiasts.

     5. Socialising Session: A formal gathering with investors and start-up owners coming together to discuss terms.

    6. Delhi Entrepreneurship Challenge (DEC): This is the latest and the most pioneering competition that is to be conducted online as well as offline.

    a. Online: Teams will be presented with 25-30 tasks and given 6 weeks to perform them. Tasks range from photography, executive summary submissions, making a case study on one's college, interviewing and making plans to increase revenues for a cab/auto driver, quizzes to fun events, like decorating a Christmas tree and using it to earn money.

Each task has some points associated with them and the top 8 scorers of DEC online round will be called for the on-campus, offline round. Online round starts from December 20,2016 and goes on for the next 6 weeks.

    b. Offline: Teams will have to present their work through the 25-30 tasks performed. A judgment based on their presentation and the online scores will decide the winners.

Further details of each event have been separately attached.
