About our event

DC Comedy Festival will take place at various venues throughout the Nations Capital April 10-15, 2018. Featuring Stand Up Comedy, Improv, and Interactive Concept Shows.

All shows performed as part of DCF will be produced by local show runners. Most of whom produce multiple shows throughout the D.C. area and other cities. The purpose of this festival is to showcase the D.C. Comedy Scene as a whole. As well as connect audiences to shows in their Area.  

This day and Age is powered by the influencers.

It used to be that only the highly ELITE could influence. N

ow Influencers are coming from all sorts of backgrounds. What they all have in common though is COMEDY. We are here to intruduce as well help the influencers and the soon to be influencers of the comedy community.

Why are we doing this

Most people in DC don’t know where to find Comedy we want to showcase some of the areas and venues that comedy is put on daily.
We are going block by block and Corridor by Corridor Bar by Venue by Venue all the places funny in the City
People come out to see the Bigger names from TV in the City but don’t know that a lot of the funniest people might not be on TV but down the road or street from your couch
