With over 10 million people impacted, this is something that touches the lives of many, directly or indirectly. There is also a signficant economic cost of losing ones vision, both to the individual person as well as the commuities in which those individuals live. Slowing down the profession of these sight robbing diseases, and finding cures and treatments is something that we all will benefit from. The proceeds from the Dancing in the Dark will go to help further this research.
