About the event
The young ladies that are a part of the Melissa, Texas, Royalette Dance Team, participate in a line camp every season.
During line camp, the girls learn all of their routines for the season that they will use for competitions and performances. The girls perform all over the DFW metroplex along with competing all across the U.S.
Line Camp is an important part of the dance team. We have choreographers from ADTS that will be coming to teach the girls during the summer.
Why should you sponsor?
Line Camp costs $3,500 and that includes lunch, snacks, practice space, and the choreographer's fees. Any sponsorship to help us reach that goal would be greatly appreciated. In return, we would advertise for you according to the package that you selected.
We are a non-profit organization and the director is solely volunteering to help the young ladies in the community. The goal is to keep the prices as low as possible for the girls. We do not turn anyone away due to financial means.
Clareece GreeneMy name is Clareece Greene and I am the director of the Royalette Dance Team. I have been dancing for over 7 years now, and I was apart of drill teams when I was in school. The community that the Royalette Dance Team caters to does not have any dance programs, so I decided to facilitate this opportunity to give the girls a chance to be a part of a wonderful dance team.
I am originally from a small country town in East Texas, but I am currently in the DFW area. My favorite genre of dance is lyrical, and I love the feeling of knowing that I made a huge positive impact in these young ladies lives.
