Chronic me App Launch,

England, United Kingdom England, United Kingdom

  • About the event

The event is to celebrate the launch of the world's first social media and social networking app for people suffering from and affected by chronic illnesses. Chronic me's founder Katie Holland suffers from a chronic illness and realised there was a gap in the app market and that people like her need information, inspiration, hope and support. Chronic me connects sufferers, raises awareness of chronic illnesses and long-term health conditions and ensures no person suffers in silence and isolation.

    Why should you sponsor?

Chronic me is offering its sponsor the opportunity to be at the forefront of the next big social network and a global movement that will change attitudes and lives across the world. Due to the innovative and humanitarian nature of Chronic me, we will be able to help our sponsor raise brand awareness, increase emotional connection and access a unique audience and potential new customers.

    Katie Holland

I am an internet entrepreneur, spiritualist and philanthropist. I want to make the world a more loving, kind and compassionate place for people now, and for future generations. I am passionate about helping people in adverse circumstances live healthier, joyful and fulfilling lives. I hope by creating Chronic me and sharing my life and illness journey, I will inspire others, give people hope and show that it is possible to overcome your greatest challenges and move beyond suffering.

I was born in Cambridge and made in London. Following my legal education in Cambridge, I moved to London to pursue my dream of a career in legal practice. I spent 5 years working in the Legal, Financial Services and Investment sectors before I was forced to leave my job at a Private Bank in the City as an adviser to a team of Investment Managers this year due to my illness. I now want to dedicate the rest of my career to helping others and making Chronic me the largest social media and social networking service in the world for people suffering from, and affected by, chronic illnesses.
