About the event

Intention
Canyon 2K18 is aimed at boosting the visibility of the Designer and Photographers who are
talented and providing them with the much needed platform.
It provides platform to both of them, who are talented and have the aura to succeed at the
highest level. Through this platform they showcase their talent, boosting their confidence. This
event will open vast opportunities for young designers, photographers & models alike.
Dicxs7 is an all in one service Provider Company. We are offering services to many
professionals’ businessmen or company on a regular basis. We have a team of youths to
provide services to peoples.
Canyon 2K18 is also an effort to bring together all the budding young talent of Ahmedabad
under one platform.
Format of Fashion Show
This event is theme based fashion show.
Themes are
1. Bridal
2. Floral
3. Story (Story theme is suspense)
Format for Best Photographer of Canyon 2K18
This event will be conducted at the final day of the event.
- Photographer has to click random photos with his camera at the events and the best 3
photographers will be rewarded.
Awards:
- Best Designer (Every Day)
- Best Photographer (Final Day)
- Mr. Canyon 2K18 (Final Day)
- Miss Canyon 2K18 (Final Day)
Fashion Show Structure:
The Show will conducts two rounds.
Every Designer has to come with their two best designs pair according to the themes.
Round 1 will be a solo model round. 20 best designs will be get chosen from it.
Round 2 will be a couple model round, where a couple will walk through the ramp.

The thrust of every business is the amount of awareness it has in the market. The below laid
plan will provide maximum visibility for your company in the promotion of the event
- Workforce of Dicxs7 – fresh & young: Our organization has 150 active employees which
are recruited and trained for promotional activities. This team will promote event.
- Direct mailing: The event brandings carrying your company logo will be mailed (both
electronic copy and the print copy) out to the target audience mentioned in the latter
part of the document.
- 10,000 leaflets will be circulated through different newspaper distribution network.

- Adverts & press releases: The event will have around 2 advertisements* in one of the
national daily newspapers.
- Online Media: The event Ads will be displayed on our online Media partner website.
Advertisements will also be carried out on some targeted third party website.
- Print Media: The event will have 2 ads* coming up (our media partner) then followed by
the other one.
- Internet: The event website will be updated constantly with news about the event & will
be displaying the press releases that the event would be having.
- Press relations: Tie up with PR firm for very effective PR campaign
- Social Media Networking: Promotion of the event through popular social network like
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
