As an adult college graduate, a mother, a wife and senior training manager at a dead-end job, I realized my expertise, education and talents were not being used to its greatest potential. My greatest motivation is my daughter and ensuring that she has a promising future. I want my hardwork to establish a legacy for her, in which she is encouraged to think outside the box, be her own boss, and live with integrity.
