Brisbane Beach Soccer League,

About the event

I am raising funds so I can form the Brisbane Beach Soccer League (BBSL). The BBSL will be a number of leagues and tournaments accommodating every  player. There will be leagues for boys and girls, and men and women of all ages and skill levels, hopefully with multiple divisions in each.

There is currently no other beach soccer competition in the city, nor in the state of Queensland. There is only one major competition in the country,  but it is located over 1000km away. 

The competition will take place in Brisbane, Australia. I hope to get the tournament up and running for this summer (December where I come from), but it may start next winter, or next summer, depending on how much money I raise. 

Brisbane has a healthy soccer and sport culture, so the competition should be a hit.


I will use the money earned to help startup the competition. The money will probably be used for advertising and spreading the word of the competition, hiring or purchasing facilities and purchasing equipment such as balls, goals, nets flags and line markings. Any spare money will be used to fund the match fees of the less fortunate individuals in the area, who may not be able to afford to play. 


Each player will pay a small match fee and each team a team fee, so that refereeing and other costs will be covered, as the money you are donating will probably only be enough to set up the competition.

Why should you sponsor?

There is a large sporting culture in Brisbane, so the league should be able to pick up. 

In all sponsorship packages, your brand will be displayed in multiple places, making for large brand exposure.

The more money we raise, the larger the competition will be, thousdands of people would attend each day, making for great exposure. Dates are not confirmed yet.
