About the event
Beer Rush Festival will be a fun-filled beer garden that attracts beer, food, music, games and music enthusiast to join in the festival celebrations of Oktoberfest. As per the tradition, our guests will enjoy a day of fun with an all dj line up, over 10 bars and pop-up restaurants, dance crews and so much more!
The beerfest will be the first of its kind in Eastern Province and surrounding border Towns of Malawi and Mozambique. Chipata City is situated approximately 570 Km east of Lusaka and 130Km South – East of the South Luangwa National Park in Mambwe District and has a population of about 570,000. Additionally eastern province accounts for about 12% of the population of Zambia.

Beer Rush Festival is a beer festival similar to the Octoberfest held in different parts of the world and brings people from all around. This event will be the first of its kind in the province and with eastern province accounting for 12% of the national population of 17 million we believe that this event will be viable and we except a good turnout. We are expecting about 4000 to 6000 people to attend the event and this caters for Chipata residents, surrounding towns as well as Malawian citizens who have no such events in their vicinity. We believe that your involvement with us in this event is an opportunity for your organization to receive more market exposure.
