The BEST of UK, Soul, R’n’B, Reggae and New Grooves is coming to Southport this Summer The Back to Love Soul Weekender is coming back to Southport in July 2022 at the 4-star award winning Bliss Hotel.
After the huge success of the first event in September 2021, the Back to Love Weekender is going to be bigger and better. Headlining the event is 80’s and 90’s soul sensation group Odyssey, singing hits such as “Use it up and wear it out”, “I’m a native New Yorker” and “Going back to my roots” Alongside them will be the very best Soul, Reggae and R’n’B DJs and live PAs from across the globe.
This is set to be one of the biggest music events of this genre the town has seen. Set in the beautiful, award winning Bliss Hotel, Back to Love Weekender is taking place across 3 days and nights, Friday 8 th July to Sunday 10 th July making it an ideal place to watch the famous Southport AirShow. This unique event has everything, great music, beautiful surroundings, it also will be offering a taste of the Caribbean with specialist caterers serving the finest authentic cuisine all weekend.

The original Southport [music] weekender started in this town but has since moved to the South of the country. It feels right and fitting that we revive this type of event here”
