About the event

Animanga is an annual three-day anime convention held during a weekend in the summer. We strive to bring entertainment to all, providing a 3-day weekend of cosplay, competitions, gaming, panels, and other activities that are sure to make the event extraordinary! The convention focuses on Japanese popular culture, primarily anime and manga, as well as gaming and other forms of animation. The name is a portmanteau derived from anime, manga, and gaming. The event targets gamers and fans of Japanese entertainment. Animanga 2018 will consist of activities such as competitions, panels, performances, casual gaming, and more!  

Animanga 2018 brings together a plethora of anime, manga, and gaming content and activities for our attendees. Industry professionals gather to see exhibits and screenings. The convention hosts interactive events in a convenient and central location.

Why should you sponsor?

Animanga 2018 is more than just another anime & gaming convention. We promote interaction between vendors, guests, and attendees. Attendees view it as more than a marketplace, but rather a place to bond with artists and exhibitors, thus forming brand loyalty. We provide a space for people to meet and share their passion with like-minded individuals. 

We are expecting 10,000 visitors a day for the 3-day weekend. Our event attracts the Summer crowd. We also have a deal with ticket agencies which will guarantee we sell all tickets. Our convention has already attracted individuals from all over the country, coast to coast! Of course, our biggest reach is within California.

Several Press outlets have registered for coverage at Animanga 2018, including UltraMunch, Anime Ushi, The Los Angeles Beat, Hermsaur, and FanboyNation. 

We also consider some of our guests to be Media Partners, as they will undoubtedly provide social media marketing to hundreds of thousands of individuals across the world.  For example, our guest list includes YouTube influencers such as Lost Pause and Shgurr.  Combined, they have over 2.3 million YouTube subscribers and 300,000 Twitter followers.  Along with our other guests, they provide us with an invaluable marketing opportunity.

We offer Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Packages, ranging from $500 to $3000.  We also accept in-kind donations, such as lanyards and bags.  These packages include an advertisement in our Program Guidebook, your logo on our website, Industry Badges and more!  The Program Guidebook will be distributed to all attendees for free, and it will contain information on programming, maps, and biographical information concerning our guests. Animanga 2018 will be held Friday-Sunday, August 3-5, 2018 at Fairplex in Pomona, CA.
