About the event

Adventure traveling is one of the news forms of learning more about the world by going out there and having a local, friendly and culturally rich experience when visiting a country. This trend involves alternative transportation methods like walking, motorcycling or biking.

The event aims to bring together a community of travelers who like to find out more about the world and where they can travel next, as well as how they can travel there. Promoting a different type of tourism is what the Adventure Travel Talks London is looking for.

Encourage participants to visit less promoted countries by having real life experience stories from adventure travelers speakers.

Promote the Tourism Week in London by having a boat on River Thames as a special venue which will take the participants to see some of the main touristic objectives of London while actively debating over the possibilities alternative overland traveling to meet poorly endorsed cultures.

Bring together a community of people interested in developing projects that support  tourism in countries like Iran, Mongolia, Russia and others by having a brainstorming session and networking opportunities.

Diana is a marketing executive and has a wide experience in the events industry, including a degree in Event Management from University of Greenwich. Tudor Calengru - Creative Director

Tudor is a professional video editor, animator and has experience in video post production. Thanks to his curiosity, he got involved in different film festivals and travel talks, but also co-founded Kuturide East Adventure and traveled on his motorcycle to Mongolia for 4 months last year. He is now working on producing a documentary about it.
