Mystic 360 Productions is pleased to announce the 4th Annual Santa Rosa Mystic Fair will be returning to the Santa Rosa Veterans Building on Saturday, October 15th & Sunday October 16th, 2016 from 10am to 5pm. The Mystic Fair brings together a huge spectrum of alternative healers with a variety of arts and crafts. Also featured are several live performances by talented student artists and The Grateful Siren Belly Fusion Dancers. And for the first time we will be featuring a Virtual Reality demonstration area.

We try to incorporate new and fun ways to promote during the event, This year we are using video projectors to create a visual billboard that will feature a beautifully animated advertising commercial that will feature every sponsor in fun ways. It will be right next to the new Virtual Reality demonstration booth that is sure to be the hub of the event.
Sponsors can take our event and put it way beyond the next level. Each year we have significantly increased our attendance numbers without charging astronomical booth fees and we don't charge for admittance or parking. The entire advertising comes out of pocket and we cannot reach our vastly untapped market without more advertising support.
We are the only fair in the entire region to bring together this diverse group of companies and each year more & more people join us. We have created a very effective multi-stage advertising campaign that has proven to work for every sponsor that has joined with us. Our sponsors get premium advertising placement in every outlet that we advertise with including all print, media and online campaigns. We have a 95% return rate of vendors each year because they know we are a solid investment and will make them money. We treat every customer, vendor and promoter with care and respect and they reward us by coming back year after year.

Each of packages will let us create 1 VR mini station for the event including laptop mobile pc that is VR ready, and 1 HTV Vive system. Extra sponsors of these will go towards pc upgrades for all the systems controlling the VR experiences , or a second Full equipped VR (either PS VR Or Rift) booth.
