Exclusivity Cost 16,500$ Benefits include:  The sponsor will be mentioned at the opening and closing ceremony.  The opportunity to nominate a speaker for one of the conference sessions (this is subject to approval by the Conference Scientific Committee).  The sponsor’s logo will be printed on the posters, rollups and main banner of the conference.  The sponsor will have a reserved space for two own banners.  The sponsor will have a full page of their choice in which to advertise their product(s) + logo in the conference booklet.  The logo of the sponsor will be printed on the nametags of all participants.  The logo of the sponsor will be printed on the materials handed to participants.  The sponsor can supply promotional material (i.e. flyers, leaflets, brochures, booklets) to be included in the conference bags that will be distributed to the participants.  Companies and institutions will have the opportunity to provide information about their products and services in booths of 18 m2 that will be in the indoor exhibition area.  After the event, the sponsor will receive the mailing list of all participants with their contact information.  Invitation for top management to attend the after event gala dinner.  Certificate of appreciation from the University of Sharjah Dental Student Association.  The sponsor’s logo will be printed on official conference t-shirts.  The sponsor’s logo will be posted on conference website.  The sponsor’s logo will be advertised on conference social media pages.  The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the judges’ desk.  Sponsors can advertise on screensaver between symposiums and sessions.  Sponsors will be given one full page to advertise in the upcoming issue of the USDSA Magazine + one interview page.  Sponsor will be given an opportunity to organize and hold one workshop during the conference.
