About the event
This campaign is about a 3-day Swim Workship that provides a whole-year cycle activity for the Cebu North area residents.
This provides a 30-min lecture about the following topics and a 40-min actual swim class onto the swimming pool to target against one or all of these human disease/s that more or less have happened to every individual:
a. Obesity
b. Depression
c. Aquaphobia/ Thalassophobia
Participants do not pay for the swimming life skill training /mentorship. However, they also have to show ample commitment to pay for the external expenses incurred, like venue rental and administrative charges.Since this diseases have been part of the social health issues that has to be considered for socioeconomic progress.

Cathleen SocoDuring my childhood, I loved to swim as I loved waters. But I never had the skill, nor my parents and other adults around me taught me how to swim. I got frustrated as I got envious of those few who happily waded the water. And due to that, I carried such fear of not entering the pool.
Several years turned and I was on the peak of my adolescence, I persevered from short-term coaching and constant self-teaching. I was happy of my results, that it even made me an assistant coach to some sport facility.
However, my entrepreneurial personality outweighs from being employed to being a founder and leading my own. I figured that this business would start small gradually thriving and growing. This is where I came to learn the best way to relay the skill to different types of people. And also to formulate the best package enrollment to fit our locality.
The making of swim coach side-by-side entrepreneur is what I loved doing. I enjoyed every part of it. Sooner, I noticed that I was flawless myself, even as a coach. I have battled obesity (low to medium risk) for quite some time, as well as have moments of depression that links with it.
And so this time, the birth of awareness, not only for myself. But for the common good. I will have doctors and health presentors to do the lecture. I realized too that since the vision of my company translates it to be a socially responsible entrepreneur who is thrives about progress or innovation, sustainability and inspiration, that I should have this event a success.
