About the event
This year's 2019 Prostate Cancer Care 360™ Summit theme is "Accessing Caregiver Resources", providing patients and caregivers access to practical resources to support families managing a cancer diagnosis. The Summit takes place on Saturday, Sept 14 from 10AM-3PM with a combined luncheon and panel discussion.
The following topics will be presented between two breakout rooms:

Vendors will be available to display valuable practical products and services to make the lives of caregivers and patients easier such as transportation providers, hospice and respite care, financial planning, hospital services, and support groups to name a few.
